Good day all, I want to share my genuine opinion about this business and the service I had during my visit there. My first visit, and should I say, after that I will DEFINITELY BE RETURNING. Roman, was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end. I came in about 30 mins before my appointment. He helped in a polite manner recommending when I could get free steet parking, when I parked and came back and signed in. His expertise and detailed knowledge on solutions to the problems I had with frames in the past (sizing, nose marks, etc) was incredibly. As he patiently helped me select multiple frames options, even after my appointment I stayed close to another 2 hrs carefully selecting frames that I would have as a great investment towards me and my business - This man Roman was still patient. Eventually after careful consideration and some 4 hr total 😅 (because I was very selective), we finalized the appointment with me happily investing in 4 amazing high quality frames alongside other features that will make my eyewear comfortable for me. Even the doctor who lead my appointment, Dr. Edward S. Youthful, energetic, polite, knowledgeable and precise with his tests making sure we get the right and best work done. He gave valuable advice and recommendations on questions I asked. Safe to say, I was truly satisfied over all. What did I get overall from this experience? It wasn't just investments made towards my eye wear, but also advise on great bars and restaurants in the Chicago area from my casual chat with Roman, versatile education on things needed to know when choosing the right eye frames, most importantly network with kind and professional people.
